Hi Friends I am Manish saini. Now I tell you how can you build your own website for free without havingg any knowledge of HTML or anyother language.
Lets Start from steps

Then you will find a page like this Just click on the signup button

Then you find this page now fill the address that you want to give to your website in the box(orange in picture below) and other details and click on create account button(not showing in the picture below)
Step 3
In this step you have to download a zip file approx size 27.9 kb run the application and if any problem come visit the forumsof IPU.UCOZ.cOm
And before it please try to turn pause/off your antivirus I guranteed that it doesnt harm your PC.
Now your account get ready and you have fun editing it.
